August 2009 Social Event.
The ROSC is a dedicated group of spouses from all walks and phases of life, representing a variety of skills, talent and interests. From newlywed to retiree, from new parent to empty nester and everywhere in between, we continue a tradition of service to our military members, spouses, base and community. We are both a charitable and social organization. On the charitable side, our thrift shop and annual bazaar bring in funds to allow us to sponsor school scholarships and monetary support for our community. On the social side and keeping with Team Randolph, we offer many monthly social activities with opportunities to build personal and lasting relationships.
Visit often as we continue to update and add more information about our Bazaar, Thrift Shop, scholarships, functions, Special Activities and useful military links.

Our Advisor for two years, Alan Frosch, is getting ready to PCS to Andrews AFB with his wife, Col Jackie Van Ovost. She will be taking over the wing there at
Andrews AFB. Good luck to her and Alan as they continue on to the next phase in their Air Force adventure.
FAREWELL TO ALAN FROSCH
Ode to a board member, advisor & friend;
Although you're leaving, this isn't the end.
We've shared lots of laughter, some seriousness too,
But we couldn't have endured it if we didn't have you.
You've hung in there through rough times; through thick & through thin
And just when things got better, we'd start over again!
We thank you for your wisdom, your guidance and such;
You're just like US GIRLS - OK, not TOO much!
We wish you much happiness in your new town and life;
We know it was a tough choice - all of US or your WIFE!
Thanks for your replacement; that was good-to-hear news,
But her feet will look silly trying to fit in YOUR shoes!
So with fondness & love, by golly and by gosh
We say goodbye to our advisor, our dear Alan Frosch.
Suzie Crosby
OSC Thrift Shop Chairperson
A single individual or two co-chairs can fill this position. You can then select a committee of people to spearhead the specialty areas of the bazaar (bake sale, volunteers, front door, silent auction, raffle, adver tising) just to mention a few. The majority of the work can be done from your own home, by phone or via e-mail. Summer is a pretty slow time so this job won’t even interfere with your summer vacation and it doesn’t even really begin to kick off until after Spring break. You work on your own time so family life in- terruptions are kept to a minimum. If you are interested or know of someone who may be please contact me and we can talk. My phone number is 210-659-9434 or e-mail koolmom_patti@msn.com. This position really is fun and you get to meet a lot of very interesting people. This is a one-year commitment and the time frame is from January 2010 until December 2010. I’ll be waiting for your call.
