17 SEPTEMBER LUNCHEON WILL BE HELD UPSTAIRS IN PARR O CLUB   Dear Members of ROSC,   Due to a scheduling conflict at the Officers Club, we will be gathering in the Sky Lounge (upstairs) for our September 17th Luncheon!  We wanted to let you know this ahead of time so that if the stairs present a problem for you, you would have time to adjust your reservation accordingly.  We will be happy to give you an arm up so if you need a little help PLEASE don't hesitate to ask!  We want you to attend and are happy to help you get there.
