Happy New Year! I hope you all are recovering nicely from the holiday rush and crush and look- ing forward to all that the bright new year holds in store. This is a year of celebrations for our family and for me, personally. Like many of you, we have a senior this year, and we are looking forward to the exciting end/beginning for him. This is also a special year for my husband and me: we celebrate our twentieth year together, beginning this month and ending in December. This year, too, I celebrate 25 years graduated from high school and 20 years graduated from college. In considering all that this year represents, though, I don’t want to forget all the small, daily mo- ments to celebrate: the long chat with my dearest friend, the “A” on the big test, the personal best for the day’s run. These are the moments that build our days, weeks, and months in joy and love...
And have we got a celebration for you this month!!! Already, I think you’ve gotten a little sniff of what’s in the air, and it’s going to be delicious! This month’s function is “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” BUNCO, with a fabulous menu and prizes from...yep, you guessed it: Tiffany & Co! There is something about those little blue boxes, isn’t there? So slip into your little black dress or lucky BUNCO outfit and come on out to play!
Finally, let me close with a huge “thank-you” to all of you who decorated and un-decorated, baked and toured homes—we could never do it without you! ROSC is blessed with amazing mem- bers, and all of us are blessed with many celebrations every day—don’t forget to have a party once in a while!
With love and joy, grace and gratitude—
Chrissy
